Homepage featured slots and any other checkout on ShipRank (via Dodo Payments) are digital. Delivery is the paid listing going live — that happens when payment succeeds.
No refunds
Once payment succeeds, the charge is not refundable. Opening a chargeback may disable the slot and/or the account.
